Borden County Activity

We own minerals in the following sections in Northern Borden County. Anyone know of any leasing activity or future drilling in this area? I believe this is the first time since I have records (40’s) that it hasn’t even been leased.

As you can see from the map below, there has been no leasing in your sections in the past 18 months. King Operating Partners did a lot of leasing to the east in 2023 and 2024. Perhaps there will be some drilling in the next 2 years that would be good for your minerals.
