I have recently inherited ownership of minerals in borden co i have no clue what the current lease rate is for the area i do know there are active oil wells producing in scurry co less than one mile from the property in question

legal description is E/2 of section 94,block 25, H&TC RR Co survey Borden co texas

any help is appreciated
