I have recently inherited ownership of minerals in Borden County. I have no clue what the current lease rate is for the area. I do know there are active oil wells producing in Scurry County less than one mile from the property in question.

Legal description is E/2 of Section 94, Block 25, H&TC RR Co survey, Borden County, Texas.
