Anyone know the going rate for bonuses for Delaware Basin? I found out today I am entitled 1/9 mineral interest on section 25 block c-1 Wolfbone. I will be splitting it with 8 other relatives.
Im being told this a great piece of property. Trying to understand if this is a significant amount of money to have to invest in a lawyer.
