Anyone know the going rate for bonuses for Delaware Basin? I found out today I am entitled to 1/9 mineral interest on Section 25 Block C-1 Wolfbone. I will be splitting it with 8 other relatives.
I’m being told this is a great piece of property. Trying to understand if this is a significant amount of money to have to invest in a lawyer.
