Hello - Does anyone know the going rate for $ bonus per acre and interest percentage in the southeast quadrant of Fisher County. I have an offer for $100 per acre plus 3/16 interest for 80 acres in Section 8 Block 102. Compared to prior years, this seems low, but I don’t have any info for comparison. Would appreciate any info.
