Bonus question for Caddo County

Hello, In reference to Caddo County, Oklahoma Section 06-08N-11W, I have only a little over 6 acres and have been offered a $400 bonus per acre at 3/16th royalty by Swanson Oil and Gas. Has anyone leased any rights close to here recently? Does that seem like a good price?
