What are bonus prices going for in Karnes County now?
Lease terms will be dictated by where your acreage is located in the county. Range will be from very good terms to very poor terms based on the location and underlying geology / section.
Just looking for a Ballpark figure. Tracts are more to the North and North East side of the county.
My initial thought was $1200/acre, does this sound right?
Also 3 year (2 year option) and 25% Royalty were my initial thoughts as well, let me know if you know any different.
if this acreage is still available, I would definitely think you could get more than $1200/acre depending on location and size of tracts.
