Had an offer to lease my fractional interest in 100 acres, eastern Liberty County, north of US 90. Checking to see what the rate per acre is for signing a lease.

You would need to be more specific with your abstract. Geology varies and so do leasing rates across the county.
Like the lady says, it depends where it’s located. I have property north and south of Highway 90 and east of Devers, Texas. That area was very hot a few years ago. Not much recently. Was getting $500 to $1,000 a net mineral acre. I think the price also has something to do with the size of the tract and your interest.
