Does anyone have any information as to what the going rate might be for the Bonus Payment out in Logan County, Colorado? I am trying to put together a Lease on about 550 mineral acres and the offer is at $75/acre - which seems very low. Of course, I am comparing that to what we are seeing in Northwest Colorado. There are varying levels of activity in Logan County and different plays it seems. Rates in Logan County are quickly escalating especially north and east of Sterling, and if it is in that area, an offer of $75/acre is too low.
