We have about 10-15 open NMA in the area of Sec 43 Blk OW and Sec 12 Blk 48. This offsets some of Diamondback’s activity. Im trying to get a range of bonus rates in this area and if terms less than 3 years are viable. Thanks
Did you ever lease this? If it offsets acreage then it will likely be leasable.
