Anyone know what the prevailing bonus rate is for Section 602, Block D, John H. Gibson Survey in Yoakum County? Appreciate your help!

Thank you! Yes, I saw that. Iā€™m being asked to sign a lease that predates the spud date of the first well and I want to get a legit bonus. Appreciate your help!

I was paid $500/NMA in 2015 for a 3-year lease but it expired with no production so may not be helpful. It was Sections 560 and 620.
