Does anyone have any information about Gas and Oil leases and the amount being paid for MA in Hopkins and Franklin County Texas? We have been offered an amount that seems small to us.
I would like to get an offer in Hopkins County so I could compare. What part of the county are you in. I'm in north west county.
Don't know just where, but when my dad bought the land he bought a 1000A between SP and Franklin County toward Hagensport. He sold the land after harvesting the timber and kept some of the Minerals. At this time we have had offers from 2 different sources.
