Blue Quail in South Lincoln county

Hi all,

I was recently approached by Blue Quail to reopen 2 wells on my land. They offered $5,000 up front for surface rights per well & 1 percent interest after production cost of each barrel produced. Is this a fair deal? Is Blue Quail a good company? Thank you for your help.

I have 160 acres of minerals in the NW/4 of Section 35, Township 13 N, Range 2E in South Lincoln County.

I once had a lease with Mole Operating Company way back in 1981. I don’t think they ever drilled.

Write me if anything happens in that area. I think in the northern part of the county there is some action.
