Blue Arrow Operating

I’m at a loss here. I have been trying to inquire about mineral interest and ownership with this operating company and it is absolutely impossible to get them on the phone and they have ignored my emails for two weeks now. I was receiving monthly revenue then nothing as of March with no explanation or report generated. Anyone else have dealings with this operating company?

It can take weeks for replies from the operator. If you have not gotten any emails or phone calls, then send a certified letter return receipt so that you have proof of contact. Give them you name, owner number and the name of the wells you are asking about.

One reason that you might not have had revenue is if your wells were within a mile or two of a frac job on horizontal wells. Wells within a certain radius are shut in to protect them from the pressure hit of the frac job. If you want to share a section, township and range (if OK), then we can tell you if that might be the case.

Another option is that the wells were sold to a third party and they are in the middle of a switchover.

A third reason might be that you were at the minimum limit for payments ($100 is common) and you need to wait until your royalties are above that number.

Thank you for the detailed clarification. It turns out to be the third reason (funny, after my post here I heard from them!). I’m registered on EnergyLink but still can’t see any report where I can see what the monthly revenue is, regardless of whether it hits minimum or not. I’ll play around with it. Also need help with getting a royalty interest affidavit wherein others with interest (that are descendants I don’t even know) have to sign off on my royalty interest. Any payoff on that is suspended until I get that. Need a good Texas lawyer I’m thinking???

EnergyLink only posts the check detail for an issued check. It receives the data from the oil company.

Enverus does not carry every operator. Not sure if they have Blue Arrow. You can only see your own statements there. If the well is in OK, you can see totals on the OK tax site. If in Texas, then the CONG site. Might need that Texas attorney if acreage in TX. There are several listed in the Directories tab above and others have been mentioned on the forum.
