Diamondback is also drilling in that area right now.

We have royalty in Section 28, any idea if there is any drilling there? Thanks.

Diamondback E & P sent us a Division Order for Section 22 & 23 Block 48 in February to begin drilling.

James, no drilling or permits in Section 28 at this point. Some XTO permits for Gunpowder wells in Section 16 and north half of Section 21 north of you. The only XTO well showing production to date (El Kabong 48-17 801H) has not been that great.

Meredith, the Diamondback Kelly State Kamo wells in Section 22/23 came online in November 2018. Would guess you will be in pay soon.
