Blk 45 tract 12?

Anyone know if there is any type of activity in this area.

I have been to the Texas state maps but have no idea how to read them.

Thanks!

PSL Block 45, Section 12 is ~9 miles southwest of Orla, about 5-1/2 miles east of the Culberson County line. That section has an old location, API 389-30950. Also, there is a new Petrohawk location nearby API 389-33061 in PSL 45-3.

Thanks I own that section. So I take it API 389-30950 is an old plugged oil well that’s already on it. A company contacted me a few months back and wants to do a Geo survey on it. I guess maybe I should let them. Thanks for that info.

Old well… shallow… dry hole, plugged and abandoned. I would welcome the survey.

Thanks Buzz does that mean 1-12 08 REEVES Vertical New Drill - 3500’ Approved has been drilled to? Or that’s just something there sitting on for now?

Long gone… 1978.

Thanks Buzz I just got an email from Petrohawk and they want me to give them a call about Block 45, Section 12. I will let you know what goes on!

Hey Randy – that’s good to hear.

Randy, I own mineral rights over in the west part of Reeves County, south of you, so am wondering if you were able to culminate a lease with PetroHawk. If you feel comfortable, would you possibly share the bonus, number of years, and royalty percent, and whether you had to agree to a two-year extension. Also who did you deal with at PetroHawk and what did you think of that person? Thanks!
