We have mineral rights currently with PDC Block 4,Sec. 44. Just wondering if anyone knew what happening in that area and if it as one that will be greatly developed.
It looks like there are already a few horizontal wells in that section. You should expect a good deal more wells in the future, that is a great section to own in.
One interesting note, the gas oil ratio is elevated on the wells in your section. Looking at the public data GDS fault maps there is a deep basement fault running through the section, perhaps this is driving the elevated gas production.
