I have mineral intrest in the above refrenced sections of Howard County. Aprox, 462 net acres. I was trustee of a trust, before that held them then became a owner, I last heared anything on the property when I leassed in 2012 for 3 year term, before there was always mail one a year tax, offeres ,royalties, etc I have not so much as recieved a tax bill in years, and this has caused some concern. My brother sold his 462 acres in 2013, 2014. But I kept mine, but it’s like there not there, I look on county appraiser site and nothing shows. Is there Any activity in any of those sections? If so that tells me I should be getting a tax bill, or something is a foul. NEED TO BE POINTED IN RIGHT DIRECTION. Would like to lease them if possible.
Rodney if you only own the minerals(and not the surface)you will not get a tax statement unless you are receiving royalties. All I see in that Section 15/block 25/A-25 is plugged oil wells, 1 plugged gas well and a couple of permitted locations from years ago that were never drilled. I see no producing wells at this time so no royalties being paid out.

Rodney in Block 26 I see possibly 2 producing wells. Well 36256 in Section 15. And well 3636 in Section 38.

These 2 vertical well were drilled in 2009 and 2010. The Producer at this time is Apache Corp. I hear that Apache is a good company to do business with. You might want to call Apache and give them the Lease numbers I have supplied and find out who the royalties are being paid to. Production on these 2 wells is minimal.

It was sec 5, in block 25 I was mistaken
I would assume the production is not mine , I only own in the W/2 of sec 38. I noticed the horizontal sites in the corner or sec 17, right next to my sec 16, but it doesn’t show the direction of these horizontal wells.
