Though I leased my share of 10 acres for a nominal fee of 1300 for 2 more years, my aunt has sold her share recently for 9k per acre. I would advise most in that area to hold on. They know something we don’t. Each year leases and outright sell per acre is climbing, especially in such a natural gas rich area. Hope it helps. Neither I nor my siblings have sold our interest in that area.
