though I leased my share of 10 acres for nominal fee of 1300 for 2 more years..My aunt has sold her share recently for 9k per acre. I would advise most in that area too hold on..they know something we don't..each year leases and out right sell per acre is climbing, especially in such a natural gas rich area..hope it helps..and I nor my siblings have sold our interest in that area.
