IMO I wouldn't sell the minerals.
Gary - That's a good area of Blaine County. It looks like Newfield has a producing Woodford horizontal well on that section per the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. There is also great Meramac potential there for the future. That first well is only the tip of the iceberg.
You have very valuable minerals. It would be foolish to sell.
