I was recently contacted about leasing my 320 acres in Section 27, Township 16N, Range 13W in Blaine County. Their initial offer is $600 per acre for 3 years with an option to release for 2 years at the same price, with 3/16 royalty interest.
About 4 years ago, I leased at $800 with 3/16 for 3 years with a different company. They evidently weren’t interested in releasing. I joined this forum to get some advice since, for me, this is a big financial decision. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
