3-16N-13W has only had one memorandum of lease and that was back in April 2019.
Given the current COVID-19 and Russia-Saudi caused oil price drop, there will probably not be a whole lot of activity in this area for the coming months. There were various leasing companies in the general area in 2019, but leasing money is probably pretty tight to non-existent at the moment.
