Was anyone approached on this forum regarding the Blackfin Pipeline which was laid in Texas in 2024 / 2025 and if so are you willing to help provide some guidance on offers received and negotiated $/rod estimates? I have some land in Colorado County and I’m looking for estimates for rural price points not urban if possible. Just trying to get an idea on the going rates. Thanks!
