Anyone have any issues with Black Mesa Energy on royalties? I finally got a check from them (a year after the first date of production) and in June of 2022 they sold all of their oil at $48.00/bbl. WTI was at $115! I own in another BM well just 5 miles away and they paid on $115/bbl that same month. This seems criminal…
You can ask for interest if you have not been paid 180 days from First Sales, not production. Each company has their own contracts which are not necessarily tied to WTI. OK prices are usually lower than WTI.
