Could someone please give me some advise. I own mineral rights for a well in Love County(Billie Jo well in section 35, 7S, 1E). The date of first production is May 15, 2015. XTO Energy is the operator. My problem is I haven’t been paid the royalty money for the oil portion for May 15 through November 2015. It has been over 10 months now. When I call them they keep telling me it is being researched and they’ll get back to me. This has been going on for over a month. They paid me for the natural gas portion and the oil portion for months of December 2015 and January 2016. Does anyone know who else I could talk to get the money I am entitled to.
