Could someone please give me some advice. I own mineral rights for a well in Love County (Billie Jo well in Section 35, Township 7S, Range 1E). The date of first production is May 15, 2015. XTO Energy is the operator. My problem is I haven’t been paid the royalty money for the oil portion for May 15 through November 2015. It has been over 10 months now. When I call them they keep telling me it is being researched and they’ll get back to me. This has been going on for over a month. They paid me for the natural gas portion and the oil portion for months of December 2015 and January 2016. Does anyone know who else I could talk to get the money I am entitled to?
