Little late to the game on this. I have relatives in Castle & Okemah who had a bad experience with both of these companies. They acted like "car salesmen" and were "uninformed" when questioned about the O&G industry and the leasing process. I would suggest not leasing to these two companies. They are more interested in selling your leases to the highest bidder, versus developing your minerals and giving you future royalties.
