This Co. leased in 12-9n-24w in 2014 .
We hold 100 acres in 18. My cousin lives in the area and works for oil operators there. He told me there is less oil, more gas in our section and the focus is on liquids

You are pretty far south of the prolific activity and proven production in the county that's why. 10N and (especially) 11N are where much of the activity in Beckham County is these days.
