I have some mineral rights in Beckham county Oklahoma. Sections 9 and 10 township 8 north 23w. Wss wondering what they might be worth.
Probably not worth more than $500/acre currently assuming they are not leased. Further north (i.e. 10N, 11N) they'd be worth more likely because that's where the current activity is. I've owned minerals in southern Beckham for years (i.e. 8N, 9N etc.) and they haven't been leased in decades in some cases. The closer you get to the Wichita Mountains to the south, the less oil and gas activity there is.
