Beckham County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

We are in Sec.15-11n-21w. There are 2 wells that tested and we only get revenue on 1 well. Any ideas and is there any more wells to be drilled? Thanks for any help. Larry Lowder

Larry 15 has a well that from Jan to Sept avg. 127 BOD & 1398 MCFD . There is also a well from 15 under 22 that is about 136 BOD &763 MCFD. There are some nice wells in 11n-21w.

Ron Thanks-but if there are nice wells in that section are we entitled to revenue from them? Sorry, do not understand-I do appreciate your help,so very much.

If you are in 15 you should be entitled to revenue from the one under 15 but not the one under 22

Steve it is a good thing you didn’t lease. The best well in township 11n-21w is in 17 and they are getting ready to drill more in 17. They have two nice wells in 15. The pooling for 17 on 9/2/2010 ordered them to offer $1500 for 3/16th or no cash & 1/4th . Then on the pooling for 16 on 11/2/2010 they were ordered to offer 1500 for 3/16th or 1000 for 1/5th or no cash & 1/4th. Then in the pooling for 18 on 12/19 2011 they were ordered to offer $3000 for 1/8th,or 2000 for 1/5th or 500 for 1/4th

They are leasing in 11n-21w Sheperd Royalty, OKC. Centennial Land, Edmond. Apache Corp. ,Tulsa .

Hi again,

I’m wondering how to pursue leasing minerals in sec 33-11-21. Do I contact various companies and, if so, how do I find out which companies are bleasing minerals in Beckham county?

Thanks,

Steve
