I am the co-owner of the mineral rights of a 5.177-acre area in Wescalder Fig Acres. We have not been in a lease in 3 years, and the last company didn’t even drill. Is anyone leasing mineral rights in this area anymore? Thanks.

Owning a town lot in a subdivision diminishes your opportunity to be leased.
