I am the co owner of the mineral rights of a 5.177 acre area in Wescalder Fig Acres, we have not been in a lease in 3 years, and the last company didn't even drill. Is anyone leasing mineral rights in this area any more? Thanks

Not much going on in Jefferson County in the way of new leasing right now.

Owning a town lot in a subdivision diminishes your opportunity to be leased.
