Did your lease include post-production charges?
Originally post production charges were included in the first lease offer but on the advice of everyone, including a lawyer we had review the lease contract, we asked for that to be stricken. We got the contract we asked for.

Received $2000 per acre bonus in Section 31-10N-09W and Section 6-09N-09W Thunderbird, Continental. If that helps anyone.

We have 40 acres in Section 27, Township 10N, Range 9W, and we have heard from Thunderbird but not very impressed so far.
