BCE-Mach III Multi-unit Horizontal Well & Increased Well Density

Anyone have additional/updated info on these potential wells?

Multiunit Horizontal Well OCC Filing 2026-001846

Increased Well Density OCC Filing 2026-001850

Sections 27 and 34

Township 15N Range 17W

Looking at the OCC case filings, BCE-Mach III filed the multiunit well and related location exception and increased-density cases starting May 4, 2026. The proposal is for a long multiunit horizontal well crossing units in Sections 23, 26, 27 and 34, targeting the Cherokee and Red Fork formations, with a proposed horizontal completion interval of about 10,610 feet. The cases were still active into late June, with hearing exhibits filed June 22. I haven’t found a new Form 1000/Intent to Drill yet, but with all the related filings and technical work submitted, it certainly appears BCE is actively working toward developing these sections. There are additional OCC Filings of 1847, 1848, & 1849 that tell more of the story.

Could you post a link to where you find the OCC case filings? I’ve looked all over and either don’t know how to search correctly or am looking in the wrong place. Thanks

Sure, it this forum allows it. OCC Imaged Documents Directory Then when you get to that page, scroll down to “Commission Orders and Case Files after 3/21/2022”, click on that. If you know the case number like the ones listed above, just type it in and hit search. Or, another way to search is by Applicant, the trick there though is you have to have the full name of the Applicant. If it’s LLC, you must add the LLC. If it’s Corporation, you can’t just put in ABC Corp. It won’t tell you why the search had zero results.
