I represent families that have around 3k mineral acres in the Barnett Shale in Clay County Texas. It was leased in 08 on a 3yr term which has now expired. It is south of Henrietta, Tx going toward Jacksboro. There was never any attempt at production on the properties. Was wondering if there was any interest in this area. A well was recently completed on the adjacent property by a company named addax? and it looks to be producing.
