My husband and I own 40 acres of surface and mineral rights in Reeves County in the region of Barnett Shale. Section 4 - 10 acres and Section 1 - 30 acres. Could anyone please let me know if there is activity going on in this region and if so, if I could get my mineral rights leased? I have no idea of the price paid per acre nor royalties.
