My husband and I own 40 acres of surface and mineral rights in Reeves county in the region of Barnett Shale. section 4- 10 acres and section 1- 30 acres. Could any one please let me know if there is activity going on in this region and if so ,if I could get my mineral rights leased? I have no idea of the price paid per acre nor royalties.
