Does anyone know what is going on with the bankruptcy of White Star Petroleum Holdings LLC?I keep getting notifications, no checks.
Those notices tell you what is going on. These things can take months to settle. Don’t expect a very big check as the assets are not very big and the attorneys fees will eat up quite a bit. .
Attorney’s fees for Bankruptcy aren’t deducted from royalty checks. Chances are the wells your minerals are under have dropped in production considerably and you will get paid when the revenue due you reaches $100 or more.
