I’ve been researching nearby permits, rigs, spacing units, and development trends on the ND Oil & Gas GIS map. I’m trying to understand:

Which operators are most active nearby

Whether expansion/drilling is moving west or southwest
-
How close current development is to these sections
-
Whether people are seeing increased leasing, permitting, or infrastructure growth in this area
I recently received lease offers covering approximately 158.38 net mineral acres.
Would appreciate any local knowledge, operator insight, or thoughts on which nearby areas may develop first. Thanks in advance.
