I just want to give a "thumbs-up" to attorney, G. Wade Caldwell, who is a member of this forum. A family member gave me verbal approval to have him draw up a deed concerning mineral rights in Texas. Mr. Caldwell then did so, but the family member reneged on the agreement. I then notified Mr. Caldwell's of this reversal. It sure was a balm to my wound when Mr. Caldwell surprised me with a 50% refund for the deed he'd drawn up! So, this is a thank you to G. Wade Caldwell.
