Any recommendations for new lease offers coming in for Atoka County? Section 4 and 5 2S and 10E?
Most of the recent filings in that township are in sections 23, 25, 26. Leasing offers are not public, so the closest you can come is with a pooling in a contiguous (touching) section within one year. Not seeing any for 4 & 5. There was a pooling in 25 in 2021. The options were $150/ac @ 1/8th, $100/ac @ 3/16ths. That gives a hint.
