Any recommendations for new lease offers coming in for Atoka County? Section 4 and 5, Township 2S, Range 10E?
Most of the recent filings in that township are in sections 23, 25, 26. Leasing offers are not public, so the closest you can come is with a pooling in a contiguous (touching) section within one year. Not seeing any for 4 & 5. There was a pooling in 25 in 2021. The options were $150/ac @ 1/8th, $100/ac @ 3/16ths. That gives a hint.
