I’ve inherited mineral rights in Carter County OK from my father. There was a leasing offer on some rights in Stephens County so I asked if they would also be interested in the Carter County ones.
They asked me what I want to get for leasing them, which I thought odd. No clue how to respond and I’d like to do right by my mother as I’ll be sending the money to her.

Not a negotiating tactic that I am fond of. If you give the Section, Township and Range, we may be able to find pooling orders nearby that would give you a range. The lease bonus amounts are private unless someone wants to share on the forum.

I am not picking up any poolings in 5S-1W in the last few years. Most are to the west in 2W and 3W.
Not seeing any leases in 5S-1W sec 1,2 in the recent history.
i have Working Interest in 5S 1W section 3. There are wells in that area that have it HBP. Keith Walker has (or had) production in 2, & LE Jones has production in 10.
