If anyone knows family or friends that live or own property in Van BUREN Co. AR, and they don’t think they own their mineral rights, if Dan Snowden, ( now deceased ) is in their chain of title they do. There are thousands of acres in this county, one of the poorest in our state, that have been scammed by crooks out of their valuable property. The Snowden family is receiving or have received hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly, fraudulently, in royalties, and received huge leasing bonuses on acreage they knew they did not own from Chesapeake. Cheasapeake sued Snowden’s within my lawsuit for breach of the lease. The state Governor and AG, are protecting these wealthy thieves, both for their own personal gain, I also think freshman Senator Tom Cotten in on the take as well, after Hutchison took an unscheduled visit to DC, the day after Cotten would have received my certified mail. Probably in a bankers private jet. Gov Hutchison and AG Rutledge advertised beside my posts on this forum in their campaigns, , to insinuate the Gov Hutchison administration would not stoop to the lows of standing by and protecting those who are stealing from their own constituents. After elected they knew nothing of this felony crime. It’s not small money taken, in the range of 30 to 60 million. Every accusation of fraud can be proven, in likely the largest crime in states history. Our politicians ran as conservatives, but to me that doesn’t fit a person that would be bought into protecting those that steal from the mostly poor of that county. Hutchison was a DC lobbyist, and enjoying being on the receiving end, than buying corruption and influence. The chain of title reads clearly, the Snowden’s own no minerals in that county. The admitted corrupt judge is awaiting sentencing for taking bribes, and committing fraud, and our court of appeals is still upholding his corrupt rulings. See Stevens VS SEECO SWN, in May of 2015. See USA vs Michael A. Maggio, the judge that was bought. The operator hired Maggio last year, as a land man,while awaiting sentencing on a crime their involved in. Our state quote was, Arkansas The Land of Opportunity, I added, For Crooks, because it’s true. I would encourage any from Arkansas to be aware this going on in our state, and contact their elected officials and raise a strong voice against public crime. That is all this is, and remember this in the next election, vote them out. Our current governor hires who ever these criminals suggest needing a job, likely because they lost them due to corruption. So our state taxpayers are paying for crooks on our state government payrolls, as was Gilbert Baker delivering bought money to the judges, from big business. Running under the R party, doesn’t mean their conservatives. The R should stand for rookie crooks. They have proven what they are, bought crooks. These statements are of my personal opinion.
