Are these allocation wells?

The Super Snake A10 (419-31913) and D13 (419-31922) are coming online as we recently received division orders. They are operated by Silver Hill, and oddly, they sent 2 separate division orders for each well although our interests there are only under one lease from 2022. I wrote to Silver Hill as our decimal was not correctly proportionate to other cousin’s who have interest also. After a few weeks I received third division orders that when added together with the original 2 (remember 2 per well already in hand) the decimal interests were now in line with the other cousins. But using regular computation of our mineral interest of 2 acres / unit acres X royalty our interest on the DO’s is about 16% short. The maps on the TXRRC do not show that there is an allocation that I can see, but the P-16 makes me think it is. There is no production shown and I don’t know where to look for completions data. I can’t find the numbers that would let me figure the allocation fraction. Question: Are these allocation wells and if so what is the length of the lateral and our % of it so I can make further calculations.

Need “as drilled” plat filed with RRC to determine tract allocatins.

allocations

RRC website - Online Research - Completions - Enter the 8 digits api # to get to completion reports. The Snake well crosses 7 different units. Your 3 separate DOI may be one for each unit in which you own minerals. (This would happen because your original lease acreage is divided among multiple units.) Pull down all the plats. One of the plats is for as-drilled wellbore. One is a list of the each unit and its unit acreage by owner. This means that you have a double calculation. First your unit decimal (which you likely have from earlier wells). So if you are in Grape Unit, then you need your DOI for that unit (this is based on the traditional acreage calculation). Second is the allocation factor which the length of the Snake wellbore within the Grape Unit divided by the total productive wellbore length. For the Grape Unit = 1171 feet of producing lateral/ 11999 feet total well lateral. Result will be Your Grape DOI X 1171 / 11999 = Grape share of Snake well. Repeat for each unit that you own minerals. Then add together. You may find that your royalties on the check will have 3 lines, one for each unit, or they may be combined. Thank you! I did not know how to get all the other unit’s information. I’ll be checking this all out so I can confirm our decimal interest calculations. Appreciate this forum so much.

Silver Hill has provided as drilled plats with all of the information that I didn’t have to do the calculations. With that and the help from here I can run the numbers. This is such a unique unit setup. Thanks for all of the help.

After initial calculations and asking more questions of the operator, who emailed the worksheet they use showing how they are calculating decimal interest, many questions were answered. Unfortunately, of the three received division orders only one matched up with the decimal amount on their own calculation sheet, and they didn’t account for all of our interests resulting in totally missing two more due division orders. Nuts! Look at everything and learn how to do the calculations so you know your division orders are correct. Continuing until I’m satisfied it is all correct. Thanks again for the help received here.
