Are mineral rights owners concerned about the wave of drilling moratoria being passed by municipalities across N Texas (Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, etc)? Has anyone contacted planning commission and/or city council members? I am monitoring the Southlake City Council’s planned vote on Tuesday and trying to see whether any forum members are in Southlake and might be interested in weighing in. Please respond if so.
