I own minerals in Sections 18 & 19, Block 44, Township 2 South, Ector County, Texas. Anyone have insights into activity and any current (April 2026) leasing occurring in that area? Names of companies working the area, bonus amounts (being offered and what the mineral owner should be receiving), royalty amounts, term length of lease offers, etc?
