I am looking to sell some mineral rights in Creek County but am not sure of the current acre price. Can someone please provide current NMA sale pricing in the following areas? This is not much ~10 NMA, so I may donate to the local school district in which case I would like to know the general NMA value for gifting/tax purposes.
