It appears Apex has increased to 6 rigs in San Augustine County, and it appears there are 10 rigs within the entire county (4 different operators). It has been sometime since the area has seen this much activity. Does anyone know if they plan to keep that many rigs going or are they trying to make a quick splash being new to the area? I also thought it was worth noting to those that own mineral rights in the area.
The mineral IQ App has rig & permit counts for anything happening within 2 miles of your current wells. Mine shows 42% of HIGH PROBABILITY that I will be involved with the others being MOT SO MUCH.
When you click on new permit it will give you its API# and give you all the info 
Only Apex knows for sure. Of the current 72 permits in San Augustine, Apex has 12, Aethon Energy Operating has 40, Pine Wave Energy has 11 and a few others have just a few
