Apache royalty check for April missing

I have minerals in block 13, section 239 - MCA STATE UNIT 239-240. I have not received my revenue check from Apache for April. I have written to owner relations, but not sure if I will hear back in a timely manner. Has anyone else had missing checks from APACHE for April?

Did you receive an option to not produce when price reached 0 or below at Waha? Maybe that was invoked. As an apache customer, I have yet to miss a check for several years, Albeit they are very small.

No I did not have that option. Why the checks have gotten smaller, they were still a decent sum. And I still continue to get high dollar offers to purchase. I’ve yet to miss a payment from them, too.

Perhaps the check is delayed in the USPS system

If check is less than $100, so operators will not distribute it and wait to combine it with the next month’s revenues.

I have just seen Permian Resources do that in Reeves County,

The payments have been averaging btw 4,500-5,000 a month, so I don’t think that’s it. And I should have been more specific. I have direct deposit and it always posts around the 25th of the month. Hopefully, I can get an answer from Apache. Was just curious if anyone else had delayed payment.

Have you reached out to Apache asking if here are any issues with your ownership, missing division order, etc? I have come across this before when handling a client’s mineral portfolio. Apache placed my client in suspense because a new division order was sent to an old address, which meant it was never processed and returned. It wasn’t until revenue stopped and I called Apache that we discovered the outstanding DO. After that, I was able to process the DO and have them remove the erroneous address from the account. Just a thought!

Thanks for that information, KeystoneMM. I emailed Apache owner relations yesterday morning and called them this morning. Crickets.

Yes, Apache does not mail out monthly royalty Production letters from March forward. You will need to got to customer relations and log into the required site! I ask the same question and received this answer from Apache Owner Relations, more detail than mentioned here. Hope this answers the question.

Good catch Spinner. Apache appears to have done a complete reverse/rebook (back to Sept 2024) on the April 2026 on the MCA State 19H, 9UA, and 10H resulting in negative net payment. Check EnergyLink statement to verify.
