Has anyone received this letter from Apache about P-17 Application for Exception? I do not understand it, but it says we have until April 19th to protest. I own mineral and surface rights in block 56 Township 3 in the Wolfcamp Field. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jo Ellen Gillmar
I received it today. It concerns the Bragg lease located in Section 38 and the Jackson lease located in Section 37, both sections being in Block 56, Township 3, T&P RR Co. Survey, in the Phantom ( Wolfcamp)Field, Reeves County , 11 miles south of Orla, Texas. The Jackson Lease Central Tank Battery will store production from both leases per the P-17 application. Can someone explain what that means to mineral rights and surface owners of those sections?
