Seems pretty dead right now. Expired leases are attracting no offers. Wondering if any leasing going on in the county.
There have been 16 leases in the last 12 months. Most of them were in 23N-5W.
In 21twsp 7&8 W They are not beating down the door like they used to after they expire. I had one well site completely rocked and fenced, never drilled and then their lease expired. They paid to have the site completely removed. They let me have the 2 acres of rock which was of great value to me. The company doing the work said they had 5 other sites to reclaim.
