The property being drilled horizontally by Pioneer (but no royalty checks for March, April, June one in May for $30 and so far nothing for July) and is described as: 

In Upton County Texas:  All of Section 8, Block N, HE&WT RR Co. Survey,  A-633, Pembrook Unit Tract 4
