I own minerals in Section 13, Section 14, and Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 18 West, Custer County, Oklahoma. I know Anthem Arapaho has the current Des Moines spacing case for Sections 15 & 22, but has anyone heard of plans, leasing, spacing, or drilling for Sections 13 or 14? I have received numerous purchase offers covering all of my minerals (not just Section 22), so I’m wondering if there is additional development planned for Sections 13 and 14 that isn’t yet reflected in the OCC filings, especially given the nearby Gardner wells that are doing well. At the moment I do not see any cases for 13 or 14, but the rest of the township has quite a few cases. There are already vertical gas wells in 13 & 14 by Expand and Diversified, so Anthem may not be interested or may be partners already in those.
