My mother has mineral rights she inherited from my Grandma. My mother has all the documentation she should need to get things filed so it shows her as the owner of these rights in Garvin County . She is getting paid on some of them, and some of them she is not at the moment. We would like to get this straightened out.

You didn’t mention what type of paperwork your mother had.
Step 1: Ask title requirements from the company that is producing but not paying.
It could be that a probate is needed. It is not as bad as it sounds.
